There was this Petronas Raya ad on TV. I'm sure you readers (all one of you) will watch it eventually.
Very touching and poignant. It reminded me that though I have relatively been a good son, I could have been much better. How many times have I unthinkingly answered my parents' (though always my mother actually since my dad still evokes that fear/respect auto response) queries gruffly. No malice was intended of course, but still...you know what I mean.

I guess it is a reminder to us be be better sons and daughthers. We are occasionally misled by their presence that we take it for granted.
We should remember that no one knows what lies ahead and should take and live each and everyday fully and in appreciation of our loved ones
